Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of business requirements.

You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, product performance, and business outcomes.

Key Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user observation sessions to gather insights.

Process Improvement:

- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Recommend process changes and assist in redesigning workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Documentation & Communication:

- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows.

- Act as a liaison between business users and development/technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze data to identify trends, performance metrics, and business insights using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Prepare dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions and monitor business performance.

Project Support:

- Assist in planning, testing, and implementation of business solutions and systems.

- Support project managers and product owners in ensuring timely and quality delivery of initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Facilitate regular meetings with business and technical stakeholders.

- Ensure that business needs are accurately captured and prioritized in project plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors /master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (SWOT analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis).

- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, or Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
