Key Responsibilities :Project Leadership & Delivery :- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) for seamless SAP integration.Solution Design & Configuration :- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SAP solutions.- Configure and customize SAP modules based on client/business needs.- Ensure system design aligns with best practices, scalability, and compliance standards.Team Leadership & Mentorship :- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers.- Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Foster a collaborative environment to drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management :- Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders on SAP-related initiatives.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.- Conduct workshops, demos, and status meetings with stakeholders.Quality & Performance Assurance :- Ensure SAP systems are secure, high-performing, and compliant with organizational standards.- Oversee testing, issue resolution, and change management processes.- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.Innovation & Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud solutions).- Recommend process improvements, automation, and new SAP functionalities.- Support digital transformation initiatives through SAP innovations.Requirements :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 8- 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.- Proven track record of leading full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade).- Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or Basis).- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications preferred.- Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.Good to Have :- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies.- Experience with cloud-hosted SAP solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP projects.- Exposure to emerging SAP technologies like SAP BTP, SAC, and RPA tools.Why Join Us ?- Opportunity to lead strategic SAP initiatives impacting business growth.- Work with a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-growing organization.- Access to training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities.- Competitive compensation and benefits package (ref:hirist.tech)
