We are seeking Functional Analyst an experienced with 3-5 years . Key Responsibilities:

· Business Process Analysis: Evaluate and analyze existing business processes, identify areas of improvement, and recommend IT-driven solutions to optimize operations and enhance performance.

· Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for IT solutions. Create detailed functional specifications for development teams.

· Solution Design: Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.

Assist in the configuration, customization, and implementation of software applications and IT systems to support business needs.


· Testing: Develop test plans, create test cases, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that IT solutions meet the expected functionality, performance, and quality standards.

· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies is a plus.


Qualifications and expectations:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or a related role in finance digitization or ERP implementation.

· Prior experience in finance transformation projects or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle etc)

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:

· Certifications in relevant software applications or systems (e.g., ERP systems).

· Working knowledge of microsoft excel, SQL, and data handling techniques.

· Working experience on any programming language will be added advantage.

· Understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and related digital tools .
