Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a decentralized compute marketplace, integrating GPU providers via API-based solutions.
  • Enhance and optimize a GPU recommendation layer for the compute infrastructure.
  • Build a Service Definition Language (SDL) builder for custom compute environments.
  • Architect a marketplace for compute templates and implement model compression and optimization in the models arena.
  • Update and expand open-source AI models and create a system for customizable AI agent templates.
  • Collaborate with blockchain engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with decentralized systems.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and establish development best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud computing platforms.
  • Expertise in natural language processing and large language models.
  • Experience with model compression and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized systems.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience in decentralized computing or federated learning.
  • Knowledge of GPU computing and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies and DeFi concepts.
  • Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Understanding of cryptographic principles and secure AI computation.
