About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design, build, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to address business challenges.
Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate ML models into production systems.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support ML projects.
Monitor deployed models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and contribute to innovation within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R , with expertise in libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow , PyTorch , Scikit-learn , and Keras .
Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML models.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop , Spark , or Kafka is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design end-to-end AI solutions.
Experience in MLOps and deploying machine learning pipelines in production environments.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV).
Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face , OpenCV , or similar AI/ML platforms.
Strong understanding of model interpretability and ethical AI principles.
