Sr. Sales Project Manager - Outdoor Furniture

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Project Manager with a strong background in outdoor furniture and a proven track record in project-based sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects through a consultative and relationship-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury outdoor furniture segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, real estate developers, and hotel procurement teams
  • Handle end-to-end project sales – from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and negotiations to order finalization
  • Meet sales targets and achieve growth in assigned territory
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build the brand and network
  • Maintain and update project tracking regularly

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project sales, preferably in outdoor or luxury furniture
  • Strong understanding of the architecture and design community
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
