Solution/Enterprise Architect

Description : Skills: Python, React JS, AWS, Generative AIAbout the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect with 12 to 15 years of expertise in designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures.The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), modern development technologies, architecture methodologies, and security principles.This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design and architect large-scale, distributed, and enterprise-level systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.- Develop end-to-end solution architecture using cloud services (Azure, AWS), microservices, and modern frameworks.- Lead architectural reviews, define architecture roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals.- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams across backend (Python, C#, .NET), frontend (React, Angular), and microservices architectures.- Establish best practices for coding standards, architecture patterns, and technology adoption.- Mentor engineering teams and drive architectural excellence across projects.- Design cloud-native applications and services using Azure and AWS.- Implement cloud strategies including scalability, cost optimization, security, and automation.- Work with containers (Docker), orchestration frameworks, and serverless architectures.- Design and maintain RESTful API specifications and integration patterns across applications.- Ensure seamless communication between distributed systems using message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.- Apply enterprise security best practices including identity management, encryption, and data protection.- Ensure compliance with architecture and security frameworks (such as TOGAF).- Review application architectures for vulnerabilities and address security risks.- Develop and optimize database architectures for SQL and NoSQL systems.- Drive data modeling, performance tuning, and integration strategies.- Ensure proper usage of caching, message queues, and storage solutions.- Create and maintain high-quality architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.- Implement architecture governance processes and ensure adherence to documentation standards.- Work closely with business analysts and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and validate solution designs.- Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.- Lead architectural discussions, workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills & Expertise :- 12+ years of experience in enterprise system design, distributed architectures, and complex application development.- Azure & AWS- Python- C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC- Docker- LangChain (or LLM-based architecture exposure)- React / Angular- Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven systems.Architecture Frameworks & Methodologies :- Hands-on experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.- Fluency in solution architecture methodologies, governance, and documentation standards.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, encryption, and secure design patterns.- Deep expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, schema design, optimization, and distributed storage systems.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API management, and message brokers.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.- Effective stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex technical situations.- Experience with AI/ML-driven architectures or LLM integrations (LangChain).- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and infrastructure-as-code.- Certification in Azure/AWS or TOGAF.- Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes) (ref:hirist.tech)
