What you`ll do:

As a User Researcher in our team, you contribute to an excellent user experience of SAP’s strategic S/4HANA Cloud solution. You are part of a highly motivated and creative international team of interaction designers, user researchers, and visual designers.

The Role:

User Researchers work closely together with key design and product team members to identify and explore discovery spaces. Your job as a user researcher will be to lead and execute user-centric projects end-to-end, from roll-in to conceptualization and usability testing. You engage with end users, customers, and customer-facing teams to better understand the needs of the users. With your skills and passion, you and the whole UX team are driving a user-centric product definition.

What you bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in User Research
• Proven track as a User Researcher in different areas of business
• Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied science in Psychology, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or comparable fields
• Extensive experience with applying a variety of both, qualitative and quantitative user research methods, preferably in a business software context
• Experience with different research tools 
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Hindi (also in writing) to build strong relationships across interdisciplinary stakeholders

You are a dynamic and strong team player with good writing, presentation, and time management skills. You feel comfortable working and communicating in international and cross-functional teams.

Our team is responsible for driving all user research and application design activities for the S/4HANA Supply Chain Management UX team. We closely collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to create ERP business applications with a state-of-the-art user experience.
