- Holding 1 year to 2 years of relevant full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Chemical & Semiconductor.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Hands-on with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Experience working with Direct Clients on core W2 requirements.
- Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Looking for Recruiters who is working with our Chemical/ Agricultural /Gas/Manufacturing (Automotive) along with IT.
- This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision.
