Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for global roles in the life sciences industry, focusing on India, UK, EU, and US markets.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent is sourced.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global recruitment consultants and agencies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field would be a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
