Product range includes AHU, Axial Fan, Precision AC, condensing unit, Industrial & Marine HVAC System,Data Center and Clean Room Cooling Technology.Role Purpose:Lead APAC purchasing organization for SE Asia, responsible for building and managing a high-performing supply base to drive cost efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.KEY DRIVERS :- Develop and execute the purchasing strategy for multiple manufacturing units executing an annual spend of 300Crs INR. - Address RFQ, cost comparison, price negotiation, vendor selection and rationalization. - Tke effective measures for generating savings in the procurement pipeline. - Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, including logistics, quality, and payments - Drive local supply development plans and manage supplier risk. - Import of critical inventory from across geographies.DESIRED INCUMBENT- BE with PG in Supply Chain Management and exp. band of 15-18 years. - Working in a global reporting role with an industrial product global/MNC/Matrix orgn spread in multiple countries. - Proven ability to manage a team of 5–10 strategic buyers in a matrix organization. - Collaborative and able to align cross-functional priorities. - Strong financial orientation, focused on achieving measurable cost and performance targets. - Highly trained in supply chain, negotiation, costing, effectted savings in a global purchasing ecosystem. - Proven ability to manage a team of 5–10 strategic buyers in a matrix organization. - Exposure to import processes.ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 25-30 LPAQueries:-Anoop Sinha, Director- PROFILE HR CONSULTANTS PVT LTDCell-+ 91-9773520069
