Ltd., we specialize in manufacturing high-quality footwear adhesives and delivering value-driven solutions to the footwear industry. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager with deep domain knowledge of shoe adhesives and related raw materials to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for shoe adhesives and raw materials (solvents, resins, polymers, etc.) - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability. - Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and compliance with contractual terms. - Coordinate closely with production, R&D, and quality control teams to align procurement with operational requirements. - Track inventory levels and lead time to ensure continuous supply without overstocking. - Conduct market research to stay updated on raw material trends, pricing, and availability. - Handle import documentation and coordinate with logistics and customs agents when necessary. - Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality through effective vendor development and alternate sourcing strategies. - Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchase in the chemical or adhesive industry, especially related to footwear adhesives. - Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. - Knowledge of international sourcing, import regulations, and commercial documentation is an added advantage. - Understanding of adhesive formulations and key raw materials used in shoe adhesive manufacturing is desirable.What We Offer- Competitive salary package - A dynamic and fast-growing company environment - Opportunities for growth and leadership - Exposure to global vendors and sourcing strategiesTo apply, please send your resume to or contact us at .Abhilash ShahHR ManagerRajeshwari Petrochem Pvt.
