Responsibilities :


- Lead a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.


- Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with business objectives and IT requirements.


- Possess hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.


- Lead the design, development, and integration of cloud technologies with on-premise infrastructure, ensuring seamless hybrid deployments.


- Champion cloud security best practices, implementing robust security controls to protect cloud environments.


- Design and implement hybrid connectivity solutions for secure and efficient data flow between cloud and on-premise environments.


- Configure and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in the cloud, integrating them seamlessly with on-premise systems.


- Establish and maintain reliable cloud backup and recovery processes to ensure data availability and business continuity.


- Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) strategies for cloud environments, conducting regular DR drills to validate preparedness.


- Manage and optimize the utilization of multiple cloud platforms (multi-cloud/hybrid), ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.


- Perform capacity planning for all cloud components, proactively scaling resources to meet business demands.


- Oversee cloud billing management, identifying cost optimization opportunities.


- Participate in P0 (Priority Zero) incident calls and lead root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve critical cloud infrastructure issues.


Qualifications :


- 12-15 years of experience in information technology (IT) infrastructure with a strong focus on cloud computing.


- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a cloud engineering team.


- Certified in Cloud Practitioner, Cloud SysOps Administrator, and Cloud Architect (or equivalent) for major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).


- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their associated services.


- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices for securing cloud environments.


- Experience with hybrid cloud deployments and integration strategies.


- Experience with PIM/PAM solutions and their implementation in the cloud.


- Proven track record of designing and implementing disaster recovery solutions in cloud environments.


- Experience in cloud cost management and optimization.
