Job Title: Executive Assistant to Bandana Jain

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Bandana Jain. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating projects, and acting as a key liaison between Bandana Jain and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage Bandana Jain’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized files and records.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating art projects, exhibitions, and events.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and collaborators to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables.
  • Communication and Liaison:
  • Act as the point of contact between Bandana Jain and internal/external parties.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of Bandana Jain.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Travel and Event Management:
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Business Support:
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and updating the website.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of the art industry or a creative background is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
