Job Overview:

We are hoping to hire a Chartered Accountant with a min of 2 year experience in internal audit and/or risks and controls based auditing. A basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation compliance is needed too. We are looking to onboard at our NAGPUR AND NAVI MUMBAI branches.

Location:

Vashi, NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARAHSTRA (ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Various Audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audits
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
- Manage tax filings and ensure timely and accurate tax payments and submissions.
- Oversee audits and work with team to ensure efficient and accurate audit processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Review financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, taxation laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
- Min. 2 years of Experience post qualification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
