Job Overview :

We are watching out for an experienced, motivated, and innovation-driven WordPress Developer to join our fast-growing engineering and development team.

As a core member, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance WordPress themes, plugins, and websites.

This role demands deep expertise across modern web development technologies, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to handle all aspects of design, planning, deployment, and development.

Know Your Work :

- Develop high-performing, highly scalable, and customized themes and plugin applications for WordPress.

- Demonstrate exceptional attention-to-detail and extensive experience in coding multiple pixel-perfect responsive layouts from design files such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.

- Apply a deep understanding of web development technologies to all projects.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, and other developers to create aesthetically appealing, user-friendly, and trendy websites and applications.

- Continuously improve your skill sets and stay updated with cutting-edge technologies in web development.

- Introduce and implement best practices, leveraging and optimizing technical workflows to eliminate inefficient processes.

What You Need To Apply :

- A programming maverick with a minimum of 3-6 years of expert development skills in WordPress.

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Expertise at crafting modern PHP, including concepts like autoloading, dependency management, dependency injection, templating libraries, automated testing, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and/or experience with frameworks like Symfony or Laravel.

- Proven experience in implementing complex WordPress themes and plugins.

- Proficiency with CSS preprocessors like SASS and command-line tools for streamlined development (e.g., Git, Gulp).

- Knowledge of interacting with RESTful APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.

- Hands-on with strong JavaScript experience, covering state management, async operations, and various testing (unit, snapshot, integration testing) for REST APIs.

- Experience using JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React or Angular.

- Known for your exceptional problem-solving skillset.

- Have a hawk-eye for UX design, ensuring optimal user experience.

- Be a self-motivated individual with a goal-driven personality.

- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to demystify complex technical issues and answer questions clearly for fellow developers, designers, and management.
