Job Title: Paid Media ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai Company: DSJ Keep LearningKey Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & OptimizationExecute and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other platforms under the guidance of the Performance Media Manager. Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives to achieve defined KPIs. Assist in building media plans and performance roadmaps for education sector campaigns. Support A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive incremental improvements.2. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack, measure, and report campaign performance across channels against pre-defined KPIs. Identify optimization opportunities based on data and share insights for internal review. Maintain weekly and monthly campaign dashboards for internal teams and client reviews.3. Cross-functional SupportCoordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure smooth execution of ad assets, landing pages, and campaign communication. Work with the tech/data team to ensure correct tracking setups (UTMs, pixels, events). Support the Performance Media Manager in campaign QA, pacing checks, and budget tracking.4. Client & Internal CollaborationAssist in preparing performance review decks, insights summaries, and optimization recommendations for client-facing teams. Ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives and internal strategy guidelines.QualificationsExperience:1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media execution. Practical experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required. Prior exposure to education sector campaigns is a plus (not mandatory but preferred).Skills & KnowledgeUnderstanding of paid advertising fundamentals, including bidding, targeting, audience segmentation, and attribution. Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, spreadsheets). Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret performance data. Ability to multi-task and collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, and tech.Role ExpectationsWork directly under the Performance Media Manager and follow structured processes for campaign execution and optimization. Maintain high accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting. Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly. Stay updated on digital advertising best practices, especially for the education category.
