The EA manages schedules, coordinates meetings, handles communications, and performs various tasks to enable the executive to focus on strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar and Schedule Management:o Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.o Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests and ensure optimal use of the executive’s time.2. Communication and Correspondence:o Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.o Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.3. Meeting and Event Coordination:o Organize and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and special events.o Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.4. Travel Arrangements:o Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.o Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are in place.5. Administrative Support:o Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and office management.o Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.6. Project Support:o Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.o Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations.7. Office Management:o Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive office operates efficiently.o Liaise with other departments and manage relationships with service providers.
