The Group is enabling business growth drivers by generating operational efficiencies while keeping the focus on its core business areas.Educational Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in a computer science or a relevant degree from a recognized University.Experiences:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, support and RPA platform deployment and maintenance. - Proven experience in RPA development and implementation using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and VBScript. - Experience with managing and supporting RPA platforms and infrastructure. - Ability to write and maintain scripts for task automation and process optimization. - Experience with scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Understanding of scripting best practices, including error handling, logging, and code modularity. - Certification in RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional). - Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks. - Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros. - Familiarity with SQL and database management. - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
