  • Point of contact for upgrades, system enhancements, automations, data migration, testing, and other technical projects for HR Systems

  • Serve as technical point-of-contact and collaborate with subject matter experts for system enhancements and system-related issues

  • Recommend automation projects and identify effective process improvement
  • Review feed and system errors and identify a fix or resolution

  • Perform end-user training prior to project implementation
  • Act as the subject matter expert on dashboard projects
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of data

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience, including project management.
  • Experience in handling projects, system enhancements, automations, and other technical projects for HR systems
  • Experience in creating dashboards for HR
  • Strong analytical skills and has experience working with HR systems
  • Experience with global workforce and matrix organizational structure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • The candidate must be highly organized and must be able to collaborate with cross-functional groups
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedule according to business needs
  • Assertive and must be able to communicate with people from all levels in the organization
  • Meticulous, good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Customer-oriented
