OurDesign to Outcomephilosophy means we don’t stop at delivery — we stay till impact.Let’s build this forest together — we plant, monitor, and nurture.Key Responsibilities:Supplier Sourcing:Identify and evaluate vendors for project and internal needs, with preference for ELV system OEMs. Contract Negotiation:Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs. Purchase Order Management:Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project/site requirements. Order Tracking:Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges. Quality & Compliance:Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines. Reporting:Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.Qualifications:Skills:Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills. Experience:Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
