- Implementation of MOP System across the zone.

- Facilitate ZDs/ ADs/ Dealers to achieve their sales target, FGIs, QGIs, etc.

- Prepare zonal level schemes and special incentive for dealers in consultation with ZD.

- Implement national level Schemes and Incentive Policy at Zonal Level to ensure Sales Growth.

- Ensure proper In-shop branding, Signage, Festival Gate/ etc. at Distributor / dealers' outlets.

- Facilitate Sales team to monitor competitor's product, sales & marketing activities.

- Promote Institutional Sales through Channel.
