Agency & Brand NetworkStrong network in advertising, digital, media, and creative agencies.Direct access to brand-side marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers.Must be able to initiate meetings and opportunities within the first month.2. Lead Conversion & Deal ClosureProven ability to convert leads into actual business.Skilled in turning cold outreach into warm conversations.Strong negotiation and closing skills.3. Understanding of India’s Startup EcosystemKnows startup behaviour, marketing challenges, and budget limitations.Ability to position Filmy Fiction as a high-quality, budget-friendly production partner.4. Entrepreneurial & Ownership-DrivenOperates like a business unit head—strategic, independent, and proactive.Brings new ideas, opportunities, and growth plans.5. Pipeline Building & Revenue GrowthCreates and manages lead funnels, outreach calendars, and industry trackers.Converts one-time clients into repeat business.Understands retainer-based and long-term content models.6. Communication & Pitching ExcellenceStrong in presenting, emailing, pitching, and storytelling.Able to communicate Filmy Fiction’s value in a compelling way.7. Client Psychology & Emotional IntelligenceQuickly builds trust with clients.Handles founders, budget-sensitive brands, and hesitant stakeholders with finesse.8.
