You will act as a bridge between technical development and business intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build data-driven solutions that empower our customers with actionable insights.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with Product Management and Professional Services teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver projects on time.- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable business insights.- Create custom reports tailored to customer needs while identifying opportunities for scalable, reusable solutions.- Analyze customer requirements to determine if needs can be met through existing reports, enhancements, or new development.- Understand and optimize data models and data warehouse architecture for efficient data retrieval.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to serve data from the warehouse.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and SQL code for analytics and reporting solutions.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all deliverables.Required Qualifications :- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and data analytics.- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries and optimization in data warehouse environments.- Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.- Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database design.- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience with project estimation and managing delivery timelines.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with modern data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, ClickHouse).- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.- Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn).- Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices.- Background in SaaS or customer-facing technical environments.
