Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and driving sales of our consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand our client base.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored consulting solutions to address clients’ specific challenges and objectives.

Present proposals and pricing structures to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using our CRM system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and industry regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS excel
