This role involvestaking ownership of design packages, client coordination, and cross-functional collaborationto deliver workplace interiors that set benchmarks in the industry. Key Responsibilities Leadspace planning, design development, and visualisationfor workplace interiors. Independently preparepresentations, concept boards, and 3D visualisationfor client pitches. Develop detailedGood for Construction (GFC) drawings , specifications, and BOQs. Collaborate withproject managers, MEP consultants, and contractorsto ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site. Incorporateergonomics, sustainability, and workplace trendsinto design solutions. Actively participate inclient meetings and presentations , addressing feedback and offering design solutions. Mentor junior/associate designers, reviewing drawings and guiding them in design detailing. Keep up to date withnew materials, furniture systems, and workplace innovations .Requirements Bachelor’s degree inInterior Design / Architectureor equivalent. 3–4 years of proven experience inworkplace/commercial interior design . Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator . Strong understanding ofworkplace planning standards, ergonomics, and compliance codes(fire safety, accessibility, etc.). Ability to handleclient-facing responsibilitieswith confidence. Strong design detailing, visualisation, and documentation skills.
