Job Description :Required Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+.- 4- 5 years of hands-on experience in network design, configuration, and management.- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, etc.) and network security concepts.Desired Skills :- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a problem-solving mindset.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.- Hands-on experience with Switching, Routing, Cloud Networking, SD-WAN, and Network Automation tools.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN).- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, ensuring high performance and technical growth.- Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure high availability and reliability.- Oversee the installation, support, and maintenance of network hardware and software.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align networking strategies with business objectives.- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices in network design and operations.- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and reports for stakeholders.- Proactively identify and resolve performance and security Research and evaluate new networking technologies, tools, and solutions.
