Position Overview:
As the AGM of Direct Sales for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) at Keus, you will spearhead the sales of cutting-edge home automation and lighting solutions designed for the premium luxury residential market. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury sector, expertise in managing relationships with elite Interior Design Architects (IDAs), and the ability to deliver customized, high-value solutions to discerning clients. You will oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring seamless integration of Keus products into exclusive high-end homes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Relationship Building with Top-tier IDAs:
- Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with elite IDAs and interior design firms specializing in luxury residential projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Keus and IDAs, ensuring the seamless integration of Keus’s automation and lighting solutions with their design goals.
- Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and forums to strengthen these relationships, generate leads, and position Keus as the preferred partner in the luxury market.
2. Lead Generation through IDAs:
- Drive the creation of high-quality leads through strong and influential relationships with IDAs.
- Position Keus as the go-to provider for innovative home automation and lighting solutions in premium residential projects.
- Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline by continuously engaging with IDAs and staying informed on current and upcoming luxury projects.
3. High-Value Client Engagement & Consultative Sales:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for HNI clients, identifying and understanding their unique requirements and delivering bespoke automation and lighting solutions tailored to their luxury lifestyle.
- Conduct impactful, personalized demonstrations of Keus solutions that align with the specific home layouts, preferences, and expectations of HNI clients.
- Ensure buy-in from all key stakeholders, including family members and decision-makers, to secure alignment and commitment to the Keus solution.
4. In-Depth Site Visits & Project Understanding:
- Conduct comprehensive site visits to gain a detailed understanding of each client's home layout, architectural plans, and specific automation needs.
- Share insights from these visits with the Marketing team to facilitate the development of customized BOM presentations that integrate home renders, lighting designs, and automation solutions.
5. Sales Strategy & High-Value Deal Conversion:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, IDAs, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process from initial engagement through to contract closure.
- Leverage a consultative selling approach, positioning Keus’s solutions as essential enhancements to the luxury home experience, addressing customer concerns, and aligning with their timelines.
- Develop tailored strategies to close high-value deals, creating urgency and highlighting the exclusive benefits of Keus solutions.
6. Client and Stakeholder Management & Escalation Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including IDAs, project managers, lighting designers, and contractors, ensuring flawless coordination for smooth project execution.
- Manage any client or stakeholder escalations by acting as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution, ensuring all concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
7. Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team:
- Ensure the execution phase meets client expectations and project requirements, guaranteeing a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
8. Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring sustained revenue growth in the luxury market.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress and upcoming opportunities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling high-end home automation or luxury products.
- Strong relationships with top-tier IDAs, interior designers, and HNI clientele.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to closure for high-value clients.
- Ability to conduct detailed site visits and align solutions with client expectations.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on closing high-value deals.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in home automation, lighting, or a related field.
- Experience working with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in premium markets, with a deep understanding of the luxury customer journey.
