Skilled in creating detailed roadmaps, resource allocation, and contingency planning to ensure seamless execution and minimize disruptions. ● Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to influence global stakeholders andtranslate complex data concepts into clear actionable insights. ● Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: Analytical and solutions-oriented, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy. ● Compliance & Risk Management: Strong knowledge of GDPR and global HR data privacy. Adept at risk identification, mitigation, and secure handling of sensitive employee data.
