This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our HR systems evolve in alignment with Sutherland’s global people strategy and business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday HCM Management- Oversee daily operations, configurations, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system. - Manage configuration updates, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and releases. - Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with global security and privacy standards. - Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders for system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.Team Leadership & Collaboration- Lead and mentor a small team of Workday analysts or specialists, fostering a culture of learning and accountability. - Prioritize and allocate workloads efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of system changes and support requests. - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, and Business HR teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.Continuous Improvement & Governance- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through Workday automation, dashboards, and integrations. - Maintain robust documentation for configurations, workflows, and data governance standards. - Stay ahead of Workday release updates, assess their business impact, and coordinate testing and rollout of new features.Stakeholder Management- Partner with global and regional HR leadership to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals. - Present analytics, reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and integrations. - Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance. - Experience in Workday security management, business process design, and data loads. - Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.Technical Skills- Proficiency in Workday HCM Core modules. - Strong experience in Workday Reports (Advanced/Matrix) and Calculated Fields. - Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.Soft Skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes through influence.Why Join SutherlandAt Sutherland, you’ll be part of a global, future-ready organization that values innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
