Manager - Growth Marketing are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to oversee our overall marketing strategy, lead high-impact campaigns, manage brand positioning, and collaborate with company leadership on key growth initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative vision, analytical thinking, and leadership to elevate our brand and drive business and Oversee Marketing Strategy:- Define and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market Marketing Campaigns:- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Manage Brand Own and evolve the brand identity and positioning to ensure consistent messaging, visual standards, and market relevance across all touchpoints.Growth Initiatives & Strategic Input:- Work closely with company leadership to identify and implement strategic initiatives that support long-term growth, including market expansion, partnerships, and new product launches.Team Leadership & Collaboration:- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team; foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, customer success, and other teams.Performance Tracking & Reporting:- Establish KPIs, measure campaign performance, and report marketing ROI to stakeholders.- Use insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.Market & Competitor Analysis:- Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and performance analytics.- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.- Experience working closely with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
