Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers in selected geographies. Develop and execute effective outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and phone. Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, goals, and pipeline strategy. Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM systems. Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for leads and appointments. Mentor and guide junior team members on business development best practices.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of B2B Business Development / IT Product Sales experience, preferably in international markets. Proven success in lead generation and outbound sales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and lead-gen tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot. Strong analytical, research, and negotiation abilities.
