Project Coordinator

Responsibilities : - Work closely with internal teams to track, document, and communicate project progress.- Maintain updated sprint trackers, dashboards, and reports in tools like Jira or Asana.- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and escalate blockers when needed.- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and executing sprints.- Closely work with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination.- Prepare and circulate progress updates and risk reports regularly.- Maintain all project documentation, task lists, and status boards for visibility.- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.- Ensure that project progress is accurately tracked, mapped, and aligned with timelines and goals.Requirements : - Have 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating projects in a tech or product-driven environment.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum execution and sprint tracking.- Excellent at coordinating across teams, ensuring progress is tracked, mapped, and communicated effectively.- Possess strong organisational and analytical skills to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.- A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or operations.Top 5 Skills You Should Possess : - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello).- Strong communication and follow-up skills.- Ability to track, map, and present project progress effectively.- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
