Additionally, we offer growth strategies through ads, campaigns, and analytics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead - Node JS, located in Hyderabad. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and building scalable applications using Node JS, ensuring the performance and reliability of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The role involves conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and providing technical guidance to solve complex challenges.QualificationsProficiency in Node JS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as ExpressExperience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and API designKnowledge of database solutions like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQLUnderstanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworksExperience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldPrevious experience in leading a technical team is a plus
