Role Description

This full-time, on-site Tech Lead role is based in Hyderabad. The Tech Lead will oversee the development of cutting-edge e-learning solutions, manage and mentor a team of developers, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical solutions to align with business requirements. The role also involves code reviews, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in software development with expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring developers and coordinating project tasks.
  • Proficient in architectural design, system optimization, and hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in developing e-learning platforms or educational technology solutions is a plus.
