Customer Success Associate - Cybersecurity (Night Shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking Customer Success Associates to join our team in supporting global customers during night shift hours. This role involves working directly with clients to implement, onboard, and provide ongoing support for our cybersecurity technical products.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the implementation process of Strobes CTEM platform
Conduct technical onboarding sessions for new clients
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
Educate customers on platform features and best practices
Manage customer relationships and ensure successful adoption of our solutions
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (recent graduates welcome) 0-1 year of professional experience ( FEMALES preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of technology concepts
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule: Fully Remote Shift 1: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Shift 2: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST Professional Development
