Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable and robust AI models and algorithms.

- Implement and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.

- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and services.

- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and platforms.

- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI techniques and methodologies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and development.

- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and patents.

- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

- Design and implement data pipelines for AI model training and deployment.

- Manage and optimize large datasets for AI applications.

- Ensure data quality and integrity.

- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data infrastructure.

- Deploy AI models to production environments.

- Monitor and optimize model performance.

- Implement model versioning and management strategies.

- Ensure scalability and reliability of AI systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and researchers.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Participate in technical reviews and presentations.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior AI engineers.

- Mentor and train team members on AI best practices and technologies.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 7+ years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields.

- Deep expertise in machine learning and deep learning algorithms and techniques.

- Experience with relevant AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.

- Strong proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with software development best practices.

- Experience with data pipelines and data management.

- Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education :

- Master's or Ph.D in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing.

- Experience with deploying AI models to production environments.

- Publications in AI conferences or journals
