Your Role We are seeking aSenior Front-End Engineerwith deep expertise inAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)and modern front-end technologies. This role focuses on building scalable, responsive, and accessible web interfaces, maintaining a unified design system, and integrating seamlessly with AEM-powered digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces usingReact ,HTML5 ,CSS3 , andJavaScript (ES6+) . Build and integrate front-end components intoAEMusingHTL (Sightly) ,Sling Models , andClientLibs . Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert designs into scalable and reusable components. Optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Work closely with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and AEM content structures. Document and promote design system guidelines, best practices, and standards. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative brainstorming sessions. Implement unit testing using frameworks likeJestorMocha . Use build tools likeWebpack ,Babel , and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development. The Experience You Bring 7+ yearsof front-end development experience. 5+ yearsof hands-on experience withAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Strong proficiency inHTML5 ,CSS3 ,JavaScript (ES6+) , and modern frameworks likeReact ,Angular , orVue . Expertise inReact ,SASS , anddesign system development . Deep experience withHTL (Sightly) , AEM components, templates, and client libraries. Experience withunit testing frameworkssuch asJestorMocha . Familiarity withWebpack ,Babel , and other front-end build tools. Strong understanding ofresponsive design ,accessibility standards , andcross-browser compatibility . Proficient inGit ,CI/CD pipelines , andAgile methodologies . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Passionate innovator with a growth mindset and engineering empathy. Comfortable working in a global, multi-cultural environment.
