Stay informed on the latestproducts, services, policies, and system updates. Escalate issues effectively while taking fullownership of the customer journey. Uphold company values and contribute to adiverse, inclusive, and team-oriented culture.Preferred Skills A calm, patient, andempathetic demeanorunder pressure. Ability to workcollaboratively within a team environment. Strong understanding ofcontact centre KPIslike CSAT, FCR, and call quality. Empathy and patience while dealing with customers. Good understanding ofCSAT(Customer Satisfaction Survey) andFCR(First Call Resolution). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a contact Centre or customer service role is mandatory. Candidates must hold aBachelor’s degree. Applicants with incomplete education, active backlogs, or without 10th and 12th qualifications willnotbe considered. Must beflexible to work in UK/US shifts. Maximum CTC:Up to ₹6 LPA.
