Trusted by over 70 global enterprises and employing more than 850 elite software quality engineers, QualiZeal is a fast-paced, culture-driven organization on a high-growth trajectory.Recognition:- "The Fastest Growing Digital Quality Engineering Services Company in North America" (2022 Global Choice Awards). - "Tech Startup of the Year" (2024 American Business Awards®). - Great Place to Work Certified® (2023-24, 2024-25). - "Major Contender" in Quality Engineering by Everest Group and NelsonHall (2023, 2024). - Economic Times "Best Organization for Women" (2024). 42% women workforce. - Telangana Best Employer Brand Award (2024). - Industry-leading Client and Employee Net Promoter Scores (NPS). - Glassdoor Rating: 4.4Job description :Responsibilities- Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end (E2E) business workflows and design comprehensive performance test scenarios. - Plan and execute E2E performance testing across the full stack like UI, APIs, backend services, and databases to ensure system stability and scalability. - Plan, develop, and execute AI performance testing for AI/ML-based applications, focusing on optimizing inference time, latency, and resource utilization. - Estimate testing effort and timelines for various project activities. - Prepare detailed test strategies and test plans aligned with business and technical requirements. - Develop, maintain, and enhance performance test scripts to ensure comprehensive E2E test coverage. - Create and manage test data sets for realistic performance validation. - Execute automated performance tests and analyze end-to-end system behavior under load. - Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across frontend, middleware, database, and integration layers. - Provide performance tuning recommendations to optimize overall system responsiveness and resource utilization. - Participate in walkthroughs, code reviews, and design discussions to ensure quality and performance standards are met. - Continuously enhance testing processes by adopting performance engineering best practices. - Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions on performance testing and engineering methodologies.Requirements- 7–13 years of hands-on experience in E2E performance testing and engineering. - Strong understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and its integration with performance testing. - Proven experience in designing, executing, and analyzing E2E performance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, BlazeMeter. - Good understanding of JVM architecture, heap memory management, garbage collection, and thread dump analysis for identifying performance bottlenecks. - Expertise in testing web applications, REST APIs, and backend systems across distributed environments. - Knowledge of AI performance metrics like latency, throughput, inference time, and model scalability. - Basic to intermediate programming skills in Java or equivalent scripting languages. - Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins/Azure DevOps. - Good Knowledge of system monitoring and profiling tools (Splunk, Dynatrace,AppDynamics,Datadog,NewRealic, Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB). - Comfortable working on Linux/Unix systems and troubleshooting performance issues. - Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL) and skills in query optimization and DB performance tuning. - Exposure to AWS or cloud environments for scalable performance testing setups. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. - SAP-based performance testing experience using LoadRunner or JMeter for complex business transactions.Nice to Have- Experience integrating monitoring tools with performance test workflows for complete visibility. - Proven ability to mentor or train team members in E2E performance engineering. - Understanding of advanced database and application optimization techniques. - Experience implementing performance engineering principles like caching, profiling, and capacity planning.You may visit www.qualizeal.com for quick information.
