We are building innovative solutions and are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer who is excited to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities:

•Serve as a primary point of contact for urgent customer support tickets, helping troubleshoot issues, debug, and implement quick fixes.

•Collaborate with senior engineers to identify, resolve, and deploy bug fixes across the stack.

•Test product features thoroughly and ship out changes under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.

•Utilize testing frameworks like Jest, Supertest, and Puppeteer to write, execute, and maintain test cases for product stability.

•Manage deployments using Git, GitHub CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth integration with AWS and DigitalOcean.

•Write scripts to automate tasks, enhance productivity, and optimize existing processes.

•Maintain high-quality customer service, ensuring quick turnaround times and effective communication with our clients.


Requirements:

•2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role, preferably with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

•Proficiency in TypeScript for both backend and frontend development.

•Experience working with the Parse SDK as an ORM or eagerness to learn quickly.

•Strong understanding of testing frameworks, including Jest, Supertest, and Puppeteer.

•Experience with Git and GitHub for version control, including CI/CD pipelines.

•Familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS and DigitalOcean.

•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

•Excellent communication skills for a client-facing role and the ability to work directly with customers to understand and resolve their issues.

•Ability to write scripts to automate processes and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications:

•Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or fast-paced environment.

•Familiarity with agile development practices.

•Previous experience handling customer support or troubleshooting issues in a client-facing role.
