Job Description :


Responsibilities :


Financial Systems Management :


- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of financial systems specialists.


- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM applications (e.g., OneStream/Hyperion).


- Ensure the effective utilization of financial accounting systems like Coupa, Concur, and reconciliation tools (Trintech/Duco/IVP).


- Partner with business stakeholders to identify system requirements and develop comprehensive solutions.


Technical Expertise & Development :


- Possess strong hands-on experience in advanced SQL development and data management practices.


- Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize financial processes and reporting.


- Lead the development and delivery of complex financial systems integrations with other enterprise applications.


Documentation & Communication :


- Prepare clear and concise documentation for technical solutions and other deliverables, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.


- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's/masters degree in Engineering, Computing, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.


- At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team of financial systems specialists.


- In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM applications (e.g., OneStream/Hyperion), Coupa, Concur, reconciliation tools (Trintech/Duco/IVP), and enterprise application integrations.


- Strong hands-on expertise in advanced SQL development and scripting.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement efficient solutions.


- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
