Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial decision-making process, providing detailed financial insights, strategic planning, and budgetary analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership, guiding the business in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Develop financial models to support business decisions and long-term financial planning.

• Variance Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of financial results versus forecasts, providing insights on the key drivers of business performance.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.

• Cost Control: Monitor operational performance, track expenses, and suggest measures to control costs and improve financial efficiency.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support in strategic decision-making.

• Strategic Initiatives: Support business growth by conducting ad hoc analysis on new projects, investments, and business opportunities.

• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasts and ensure the organization maintains sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.

• Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.


The Ideal Candidate • Education: CA Inter, CPA, MBA (Finance) or related qualification.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial modeling, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with financial software (ERP systems, Power BI, etc.).

• Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional
