Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.Key Responsibilities- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking. - Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings. - Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Follow up on leads and close business deals. - Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and client information. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to meet customer needs. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Skills- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools. - Knowledge of sales funnel and B2B/B2C selling techniques.
