Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust web applications using the Laravel framework.

- Oversee the technical team, providing clear direction and mentoring for best practices in coding and project execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop functional specifications.

- Ensure high-quality code through regular code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation within the team.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Proven experience with the Laravel framework and PHP development.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating third-party services.

- Solid knowledge of database management systems, particularly MySQL.

- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.

- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred :

- Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Knowledge of unit testing and experience with testing frameworks.
