JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Program manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for planning and executing programs and activities aligned with strategic direction and long-term goals of Sun Mobility.
In order to be successful in this role, he will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. A bachelor's degree in engineering/MCA degree is a must. A desirable candidate should have approximately 7 years+ experience in project management activities.
QUALIFICATION:
▪ Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering/ MCA
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare , organize and monitor inter-connected projects and activities aligned with org’s goals and strategic direction.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and related activities
- Managing and develop a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues and risks
- Prepare reports for senior leaders. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Insuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analysing program risks.
- Working on strategy with the marketing team.
Skills & Expertise:
- 7 years of project/program management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Proven stakeholders’ management skill.
- Competency in Microsoft Azure hosted solutions, IOT solutions.
