Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive Company: BabyMD – The Children’s Clinic Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka About BabyMD BabyMD – The Children’s Clinic is a rapidly growing pediatric healthcare chain dedicated to providing holistic care for children through medical, therapy, and developmental services. We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate and driven Sales & Operations Executives who wish to build a meaningful career in child healthcare. Position Overview This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, therapy coordination and data-driven decision-making. The Sales & Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic and supporting families throughout their care journey. Key Responsibilities Counsel parents on child development consultations and therapy services. Follow up with leads to drive conversions and gather feedback. Manage therapy schedules and ensure timely completion of sessions. Support onboarding of new patients and guide them through clinic processes. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to aid operational decisions. Coordinate with therapy and clinical teams for seamless service delivery. Ensure efficient clinic workflows and deliver an excellent customer experience. What You’ll Gain Exposure to healthcare sales and clinic operations.
