  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and customer support, to ensure product success. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Drive innovation in blockchain technology by exploring new approaches and solving complex technical challenges. Lead efforts to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for blockchain projects, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including training and development activities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in blockchain technology.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of technology experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Golang development. Proven background in software engineering and system design, preferably in blockchain technology.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Golang and familiarity with blockchain frameworks, smart contracts, and distributed systems. Knowledge of [list other relevant technologies or frameworks].
