Job Description – Treasury Client OnboardingLocation: Chennai Shift Timings: US Shift Salary Range: Team Leader: Up to ₹14 LPA SME: Up to ₹10 LPA We are looking for experienced professionals to join our #TreasuryClient Service team. The role involves delivering exceptional client support across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding and account maintenance to offboarding. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience. Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including collection & verification of documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for timely account setup & activation. Handle client requests for account maintenance (updates/modifications). Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal & regulatory requirements. Support offboarding activities including account closures & data archiving. Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within SLA timelines. Identify & implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction. Prepare MIS, reports, and audit documentation as required. Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times. Qualifications Graduate (Commerce/Accountancy preferred) – Essential MBA Finance – Desired Essential Skills & Aptitude Minimum 5+ years of experience in #clientonboarding, account maintenance & offboarding within #Treasuryor related domains. Proficiency in MS Excel & Word. Strong English communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work independently and deliver on timelines.
