Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Next.js Developer to drive the architecture, development, and performance of modern web applications. You will lead a team of 5 - 6 developers, ensuring high standards of code quality, project execution, and team productivity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute directly to the codebase while mentoring your team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Next.js.

- Architect high-performance front-end and full-stack solutions while ensuring SEO optimization and server-side rendering best practices.

- Guide and mentor a team of 5-6 developers, conducting code reviews, resolving blockers, and fostering continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Maintain and enforce coding standards, version control practices, and clean architecture principles.

- Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployment.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across browsers and devices.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and proactively implement improvements.

Must-Have Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in Next.js and React.js with a solid understanding of ES6+.

- Strong HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for server-side integration.

- Familiarity with API design (REST/GraphQL) and third-party integrations.

- Experience with server-side rendering, static site generation, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and project management tools like Jira.

- Proficiency in writing unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar
